Problem
Make-A-Wish was looking to motivate donors and prospective donors to understand that wishes are essential and not just “nice to have”.
Solution
We motivated giving through a heightened sense of connection and inspiration between the donor and the children served. We roused the imagination with impact-driven storytelling, highlighting miraculous successes of both celebrities and alumni of the organization demonstrating instances where the seemingly impossible was achieved.
Impact
We helped change the perception that wishes were “nice” by increasing donors’ understanding that hope is a powerful tool. The Wish Talk podcast captured the attention of new prospective donors and helped drive a 12% lift in unique visits to the website.
