Problem
Blue Shirt Café was looking to redefine their brand as a friendly and sustainable juice bar and café. Our goal was to increase the brand’s accessibility and relevance for a younger and loyal audience.
Solution
We led with consumer-driven data and focused on fostering a welcoming environment with friendly fonts and colors throughout. In addition to highlighting healthy, farm-fresh food and beverages, we demonstrated Blue Shirt’s commitment to the environment through compostable packaging, paperless menus and a bring-your-own-cup discount program.
Impact
The updated website, branding and UX drove 38% more unique visits in the first month. Their consistent social media presence led to 200 new Instagram followers. And making the switch to compostable packaging and online-only menus increased ROI, driving higher traffic to the website and reduced the company’s carbon footprint.
